General Description:
Our Service Dispatcher – Breakdown Agent receives and handles incoming calls and service requests from drivers on the road with truck and/or trailer breakdowns, service, and maintenance needs. They coordinate the repair process of our semi trucks and trailers with service companies, dealership services, tow service companies, etc.
Primary objectives
Instruct drivers on the protocol for service and repair while on the road. Facilitate and coordinate the repair process. Communicate driver and truck status with operations and supervisors. Create and reconcile service purchase orders.

Qualifications / Prefered Skills
- 1-year experience in the same field or similar field.
- General knowledge of truck trailer maintenance and repair
